Phase 2 Valuation - $6,500

This valuation is ideal if you want to know the value of your company and want a valuation report that can be sent to third parties to support the findings. Similar to the Phase 1 valuation this report uses three valuation methods to determine the value of your company. The Phase 2 valuation also includes a financial model with projected financials for three years. In addition, the valuation report summarizes the industry and the unique aspects of your company.

This valuation is used by telecom companies for various reasons including:

• Partner dispute that could go to litigation
• Dispute with a possible buyer over the sale price of the company
• Dispute with a possible seller over the acquisition price of the company

Phase 3 Valuation - $10,000 plus Expert Witness Fee:

This valuation is for litigation support and is used by your attorney in your court case. It includes the three valuation methodologies and financial model similar to the Phase 2 valuation. In addition, it includes an in-depth analysis of the industry and the company. Your attorney will provide guidance as to what the court requires in the valuation report. Our team is available as expert witnesses to defend the valuation in court.
